We have obtained the Gender Equality certification!

FRIGERIO ETTORE SPA has recently undertaken and successfully completed the certification process for Gender Equality, in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice.
This certification, issued by the Italian National Unification Body (UNI), aims to guarantee and protect gender equality and inclusion in the workplace. 
To date, the requirements have been met and a company development programme has already been drawn up to pursue continuous improvement in the coming years, also thanks to activities to involve and raise awareness among all personnel.

To achieve and maintain the Gender Equality objectives, our company is committed to

- guarantee the human and instrumental resources necessary to achieve the defined objectives;
